Cash Drawer Integration
with Kennel Link^TM

Kennel Link^TM can interoperate with cash drawers connected to your Windows PC when you use Internet Explorer as your browser.

How Does it Work?

A cash drawer driver is downloaded and installed onto your computer. This allows Kennel Link^TM to trigger the drawer whenever a transaction is processed from the customer's bill.

What Hardware is Needed?

Microsoft Windows XP or Vista and Internet Explorer are required.

We have verified compatibility with certain models from Logic Controls, M-S Cash Drawer, and MMF Cash Drawer. The general criteria for compatibility is any of the following:

Connects to a serial port
Connects to a USB port and provides a virtual COM port driver

Below are the models with which we have verified compatibiliy, although many other brands and models are likely to function properly:

Recommended: Logic Controls CR-3001 (Serial)
Recommended: Logic Controls CR-3003 (USB)
M-S Cash Drawer EP-125KSC (Serial)
MMF Cash Drawer Heritage 200 (USB, Serial, or Multi-serial)

What Does it Cost?

Our software is included in your monthly fee.

Drawers may be purchased from us or many other public sources and range in price from $180 and up.

Set-Up Process

Purchase and install the drawer. If the drawer is connected to a serial port, no software from the vendor will be required. If the drawer is connected to a USB port, a virtual COM port driver from the manufacturer will need to be installed and tested.

Download, install, and configure the Kennel Link Cash Drawer Driver.

Now, when you save a transaction on a customer's bill, the cash drawer will be opened.
