Installing the Kennel Link credit card bridge software

This software allows Kennel Link web pages to use the X-Charge credit card software.

Step 1 - Install the X-Charge software

A representative from X-Charge / CAM Commerce Solutions will assist you.

Step 2 - Download and install the bridge software

Step 2a - Download our bridge software using one of the following:

Step 2b - Click the run button.




Step 2c - Wait for the download to complete.




Step 2d - Click the run button.




Step 2e - Click the setup button.




Step 2f - Wait while the software installs. The window will disappear when complete.




Step 3 - Add Kennel Link websites to your trusted sites

Step 3a - Select Internet Options from the tools menu (use Alt-T or the tools menu or click and click on Internet Options)




Step 3b - Click on the Security tab, the Trusted Sites icon, and the Sites button




Step 3c - Type https://*.kennellink.com into the box and click the Add button




Step 3d - Type https://*.kennellink2.com into the box and click the Add button




Step 3e - Click the Close button




Step 3f - Click the OK button




Step 4 - Configure the PIN pad or signature capture pad

If you have a PIN pad or a signature capture pad, click this button to configure the device:

Done!

You are now ready to process credit cards from Kennel Link.
