Management Database Maintained on our Computer
All of your client's information is maintained on our computer. In the unfortunate event of fire, theft or other mishap at your facility, all files and information regarding your business remain safe and secure at our location. If you do experience a loss, all you need is any computer with internet access to be back online again.

Daily Database Back-ups
Of course our computer equipment is not immune to fire or theft. However, we create daily database back-ups for your protection. All back-up CD's are placed in a media cooler and stored in a fire-rated safe. In the event of fire or theft at our facility, your management software and customer information would be secure and available within hours.

Secondary Server
All of your client's information is continuously backed up to a secondary independent server. In the event our equipment fails, you can access all of your client information by accessing this secondary server.

Power Protected
Our computer equipment is protected on several different levels:

UPS Back-up - All of our computer equipment is protected by a UPS (uninterruptable power supply). This ensures that no data will be lost if power is breifly interrupted at our facility.

Generator Back-up - In the event of a longer power outage at our facility, we are also protected by a generator back-up system. The generator system will continue to power the facility and all of our computer equipment. This will allow you to continue to utilize your management system even though our facility is experiencing an extended power outage.

Lightning Protection - Our computer equipment is protected by two levels of lightning protection. The structure that houses our computer equipment has lightning and grounding rods installed for electrical storm protection. In the event of a direct lightning strike, all of the lightning energy is directed harmlessly into the ground. Our computer equipment is also directly protected with a lightning arrestor system. This will ensure that in the event of a lightning strike, our equipment and your management system will continue to function properly without interruption.
