Kennel Link™ supports using PetDetect™ printers and media to easily print collars and labels. Collars allow anyone to quickly and positively identify every pet at your facility, their name, age, gender, breed, color, and reason for their visit. They also contain your facility name and phone number in case of an escape. Labels may be attached to property, cages, containers, or anywhere you need to identify ownership.
How Does It Work?
During the check-in process, simply click the the PetDetect button on the run card. From there, choose the collar length and quantity of labels to print.
The special printer uses high-contrast, brightly colored media to thermally engrave and automatically cut your labels and collars. The media has an easily removable peel and stick backing in segments especially designed for collars and labels.
With each roll of media, you can print approximately 70 to 80 collars or 200 labels.
